This training examines the Start Early Essentials, an evidence-based framework of the conditions that, when strong, most directly impact children’s long-term success. Instructional leadership and job-embedded professional learning routines are explored. Participants will reflect on current leadership skills and organizational structures and explore ways to strengthen them to support early childhood teaching and learning.
