Rest is essential to children’s health, brain development, emotional well-being, and learning. This interactive Set Two training explores Oregon licensing requirements, Preschool Promise expectations, and developmentally appropriate rest practices. Educators will examine calming environments, diverse sleep needs, family partnerships, and responsive caregiving while gaining practical tools, resources, and an action plan to strengthen rest time practices.
