We know how important family partnerships are in ECE! The spirit of Motivational Interviewing (MI) is approaching all parent conversations with acceptance, compassion and evocation. In this workshop we will explore the history of MI and the tools we can use to empower parents (or ECE colleagues) in problem solving.
