This interactive workshop for early childhood educators is grounded in Dare to Lead™ by Brené Brown and other research-based leadership frameworks.
Participants will explore how courage, vulnerability, trust-building, and values-driven leadership strengthen team culture, improve communication, and support positive outcomes for children and families through practical tools, reflective exercises, and real-world scenarios from early learning environments.
