In this course, participants will examine and break down key components of personal wellness. They will explore their beliefs around their personal care, and develop evidence-based strategies to enhance their personal well being.

  • All participants must pay by credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R and must register for Zoom classes in advance; the Zoom link will be included in the class confirmation email. Classes canceled less than two business days prior to the training date are not eligible for a refund. Hours will only be issued to participants who arrive no later than 15 minutes after the class begins; the hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Certificates will only be sent via email to those who request them by contacting lfrazey@clackesd.org. Participants may only take one live online class at a time.
