This training will provide an overview of the P-3 framework, best practices from established P-3 sites in the state, and explore emerging models on the South Coast. Participants will dive into how providers and community partners can support P-3 alignment in their communities and build connections to elementary schools. If the group is able/willing, we will take a walk to a special place on campus for a connection building exercise. Participants will come away with tools and strategies to foster relationships with elementary schools, families, cross-sector community partners, and build a strong continuum of support for children from birth through third grade.
