Connecting with Families Who have Children with Special Needs
Body, Heart and Soul
In this training we will explore what a typically developing child looks like in order to discuss special needs with parents. We will explore how to share information with parents, and develop strategies in building positive relationships with parents. We will end this training with examining the referral process and resources for both providers and families.
