You are a critical part of how children learn about race and equality. How can you intentionally invite topics of race in your daily work? We’ll examine bias, prejudice, and racism; develop ways to affirm children's positive racial identity; and explore how to help families understand that talking about race and racism is appropriate and necessary for children.
