As early childhood educators, we are constantly engaged in reflective practice in our classrooms, our programs and in our community. This workshop examines the the assumptions about reflective practice, techniques and tools that can be used in expanding our practice as reflective practioners. We will practice using a learning journal, a critical incident reflection framework, and a collaborative action learning group to deepen our thinking about our practice.
