Self Regulation is the foundation to allowing higher level cognitive learning to flow. Behaviors are a byproduct of a deregulated sensory system. Understanding the premise of self regulation and the tools to optimize brain flow will increase a child's ability to be flexible, tackle challenges and be more resilient within their environments.
