Unplugging From the Screens

This training will explore the brain research about the damaging effects of screen time and what amount of screen time is age appropriate. We will examine the research about video game addiction. Alternatives to screen time will be explored. Strategies to implement sensitively sharing information and concerns about screen time with families.
