How do you communicate with parents and colleagues what you believe about children, families, and learning? Together, we will examine three care-giving models and your own beliefs about how adults should interact with children. You will actively participate in developing a statement of philosophy that reflects your values around inclusion, relationships with children and families, and early childhood education.
