Working in a positive environment that is engaging and encouraging helps every staff member bring their best self to work. In this session we will examine strategies to increase positive communications and relationships with peers in the program setting. In addition we will explore strategies for creating a fun and inviting work environment.

    It is your responsibility to verify that the training sessions you select will meet your licensing or professional development needs.

This session is an online course scheduled as a class with multiple participants. The course has a start and end date and participants interact not only with each other but also an instructor. Registrations are received and processed as a course and participants are grouped as a class. Certificates will be awarded after the class end date if all coursework has been completed.
