Oregon’s Quality Rating and Improvement System: A Parent & Provider Perspective
Oregon has made a commitment to improve access to quality child care for all children. The QRIS
is being developed and tested to help child care providers provide better care and to give parents a
tool to choose high quality care for their children. This interactive workshop will give parents an
overview of the QRIS and provide a unique opportunity to give input during a crucial phase of
QRIS development.
