Play and the Development of the Executive Function

What is Executive Function? This essential part of the brain is developed in the early years and plays a critical role in basic abilities such as attention, memory and motor skills. Join us as we discover the development influences of this critical function and how it impacts learning and development in children and youth. Through discussions we will examine research and discuss strategies through play, in supporting children and youth in developing their executive function abilities.
