Identifying and Working with Temperamental Differences

After learning temperament traits and clusters, participants will learn how they relate to developmental behaviors. Participants will use their observations, records, and assessments to apply their knowledge to guidance and discipline practices and to design a positive learning environment for varying temperaments as well as structure an action plan for integrating temperament tolerance lessons with children.
