Hurray, I Failed!
Encouraging Resilience and an Internally Motivated Love of Learning in Young Children

The current research is clear, internal motivation, delay of gratification, and the ability to bounce back after a failure are all crucially important skills that can serve children for their entire lives. Helping young children develop these skills can be challenging, especially considering the fact that many young kids are just beginning to develop
impulse control and effective communication.
