Children and Stress

Identifying children under stress and effective strategies to help them cope. Day 1: Analysis of the stress response, behaviors seen in children under stress, and how to tell if behaviors are normal coping mechanisms or symptoms of underlying problems. Day 2: Strategies to help children (and adults) deal more effectively with stressful situations.

Must attend both days to receive certificate.
