Responsive and Nurturing Caregiving for Infants and Toddlers

Using the Creative Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers and Plaget’s theories of intellectual development, this workshop integrates the routines and care giving for very young children with activities that are designed to promote optimal cognitive growth and gives primary care givers activities that encourage physical, cognitive, and language development as babies and twos learn about themselves and others. Strategies for including children with disabilities and special needs are included.
