Every Child is Learning

The ECIL program was developed by the National Center for Learning Disabilities to help parents, teachers and child care providers acquire new observation, recording and decision making skills; helping them to understand the course of early development. This course will help you to become an informed observer, recognize possibly challenging developing patterns of growth and behavior before they cause frustration. You will learn how to record and share impressions with those who can help.
