Chair Yoga
If you find it difficult to get up and down from the floor or if you'd like to learn new ways to stay fit and flexible, then this gentle yoga class is for you. Yoga helps reduce pain, loosens and relaxes the body, and calms the mind. The poses will be adapted as much as possible to specific individual challenges. Please wear loose clothing and be prepared to remove your shoes.
