Family Handbooks and Policies

Written policies describe the details of your business. It is an essential communication, time saving and marketing tool. It is the family's home reference document about your daily operations, care, child rearing philosophy, health and illness policy, holiday closure list, needed supplies, children's clothes, etc. It serves as the main marketing material after the contract is signed. This workshop is designed to help you define your child care program and let your creativity flourish in writing definitions of your business rules and governance. After writing your policies you will find yourself prepared for questions of prospective and present clients.
