Creating partnerships with families will help you provide the best service to all children and youth. We’ll discuss how to communicate successfully with parents, how to set up your relationship for success and what to do when challenges arise. We’ll also discuss how to build trust with families and how to handle confidentiality issues. Have a welcoming, supporting inclusive afterschool.
