Using the Nia 5 Stages of Self Healing and Movement to Stimulate Children’s Neurodevelopment
The Nia 5 Stages of Self Healing is an integrative practice based on the five stages of human development: embryonic, creeping, crawling, standing, and walking. Learn how to adapt these 5 stages into animal play for children with simple movements to go with popular children’s songs. This practice has been known to help bodies and brains heal from trauma and developmental challenges. Bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothes. (All Ages)
