Understanding Individualization
It is often stressed in early childhood how important it is to consider each child as an individual. It seems like a “no brainer” that as parents and professions in early childhood settings, we agree it is important to know just what that means. However, when we get right down to it, do we really practice what we preach? This class gets down to the basics of understanding each individual child’s temperament, personality, preferences, intelligence and abilities and how to plan and interact with each child’s unique attributes in mind.
