How can Child Observation help you manage your classroom/childcare?
Participants will learn the importance of observation and how they can use it to help identify children's developmental progress as well as how to manage children's behaviors and to improve their classroom environment. They will understand the importance of confidentiality and how observations can be requested for legal proceedings.
