This training builds educator confidence in using small groups to support individualized learning, relationship building, and effective classroom instruction. Educators will explore how to identify the purpose of a small group, select an appropriate approach, and use small group experiences to support children’s developmental goals, classroom expectations, autonomy, and engagement.
