A fun, hands-on training where you will learn children's yoga partner poses, mindfulness games, activities, songs and more! Instructor Lisa Tynan brings extensive experience in yoga instruction, mindfulness practices, and early childhood education, creating engaging, practical workshops that leave educators with strategies they can implement immediately for both their own self-care and the children in their care.
The training will cover:
• Understanding how mindfulness and movement support young children's development and self-regulation
• Incorporating yoga and mindfulness into daily classroom routines and creating calm, responsive learning environments.
