Key tools to promote healthy relationships and prevent child abuse
In this training, we’ll be sharing ways that after school and summer programs can provide healthy relationship skill building for youth and how they can encourage families to practice these skills at home for the goal of child abuse prevention. We will also go over key strategies that after school programs can use to prevent and interrupt concerning and/or harmful behavior. We will have plenty of question and discussion space in the training, and will provide you with tools, resources, and a new connection to CARES Northwest for support.
