Understanding and Supporting Children with Diverse Language Processing Styles
In this training we will examine diverse language processing styles and the need for culturally and linguistically responsive, and multifaceted approaches. We will explore ways to observe children's linguistic, participation, and emotional cues to implement anti-bias principles, Universal Design for Learning, and specific strategies of support for learners like Gestalt, Visual-Spatial, Literal, and Monotropic Processors.
