Becoming a Brain State Detective

Explore the Conscious Discipline Brain State Model to understand how internal states influence children’s behavior and capacity to learn. Participants will examine cues associated with different brain states and apply this lens to everyday interactions, strengthening their ability to respond intentionally and support children’s regulation, connection, and problem-solving.
