This training provides a comprehensive introduction to Oregon’s Spark, the state’s Quality Recognition and Improvement System (QRIS). Participants will learn about Spark’s purpose, benefi ts, eligibility requirements, participation process, and the Quality Improvement Cycle as the framework for Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). The session also highlights resources to support goal setting and quality improvement planning, helping providers make informed decisions about participating in Spark and strengthening the quality of their early learning programs.
