When Your Nervous System Walks into the Room:
Reparenting Tools for Regulation, Connection, & Burnout Prevention

ECE is relational work—and our own nervous systems come with us into the classroom. This training explores how early experiences shape adult triggers and coping patterns, and how these contribute to burnout. You will learn a practical, trauma-informed reparenting framework to recognize dysregulation and support children’s regulation. You’ll receive simple tools to use with yourself, co-workers, families, and students.
