This training provides a general introduction to Spark, Oregon's Quality Recognition and Improvement System (QRIS). Participants will learn about Spark's purpose, benefits, eligibility requirements, the participation process, and the Continuous Improvement Cycle as the framework for Continual Quality Improvement (CQI). Resources will also be presented to support goal setting and quality improvement planning, helping suppliers make informed decisions about their Spark participation and strengthen the quality of their early learning programs.
