When Every Second Counts: Emergency Preparedness for Child Care Providers

Join us for a free one-hour training designed specifically for licensed child care providers. We'll cover practical emergency preparedness strategies for your center, with a focus on how to reach help fast and how to equip everyone in your facility to do the same, including children in a teacher-down situation. You'll hear directly from a 911 dispatcher, law enforcement, and EMS on what happens on their end when a call comes in, and what you can do to make sure help gets to you faster. Light bites will be provided and we'll have Amazon gift card giveaways throughout the evening.

This event is completely free and open to all licensed child care providers in the Lane County area.
