* Using positive approaches to difficult conversations

This is a chance to gain insight into building positive relationships with parents.

Trainer: Pam Arbogast, MA, has been a supervisor of EI/ECSE services for 25 years, currently with the Early Intervention/Early Childhood Services Program for SOESD. Her BA is in Interdisciplinary Studies, her MA in Early Childhood Special Education.

Pam is a leader, teacher, coach mentor, and an ECEE instructor at Rogue Community College. She is “continually thinking about professional practices: how we provide services, how we can be more efficient, and how we could do it better.”
