Guiding Behavior with Confidence
Building on foundational knowledge of child development, this training helps substitutes apply that understanding to guide children’s behavior with confidence. Participants will learn to interpret behavior as communication, set realistic expectations, and use positive guidance strategies to support self-regulation, build relationships, and respond effectively in real classroom situations.
