The first part of this two-session series introduces Oregon Spark, the state's Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS).Participants will learn about Spark’s goals, benefits, eligibility requirements, and steps to participate. The goal of this training is to prepare providers to make an intentional decision about joining Spark and investing in their program’s quality growth. After this training, interested providers will be able to sign up for Spark Overview Part 2.
