Get to Know 211 Info

211info helps communities identify, navigate, and connect with the local resources they need. This presentation will cover the basics of the services that 211info offers. We will discuss 211info’s Child Care and Community Service referrals and different ways that 211info can help you and the families of children in your care.

  • All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R and must register for zoom classes in advance, the zoom link will be included in the class confirmation email. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Hours will only be issued to participants who arrive no later than 15 minutes after the class begins, hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Certificates will only be emailed to those who request them by contacting lfrazey@clackesd.org. Participants can only take one live online class at a time.
