Supporting Individual Differences in Early Childhood Education
Participants in this training will explore effective methods of observing the individual differences in children and adults. We will examine how the characteristics of temperament can be observed, evaluated, and used for successful program planning. The benefits of using reflective practices and a strengths-based approach to improve outcomes for children and families will also be examined.
