Musical Minds
How to Build Infant/Toddler Early Literacy Skills by Incorporating Singing into Care

In this session, participants will examine how music and songs build pre-literacy skills in the developing brains of infants and toddlers. They will explore ways to embed music into the everyday activities of very young children. Participants will also strategize how to share knowledge and motivate caregivers to deepen literacy development with songs at home.
