Gardening with Kids

A fun interactive workshop for child care providers and families to learn how to plant and nurture a garden TOGETHER.

Gardens provide endless opportunities for unleashing kids’ creative sides while helping them learn about the world around them. July is the perfect time to start a fall garden. Feel free to bring your own children and encourage parents of children in your care to bring their families to join in the fun! Experience hands-on activities together and walk away with many great project ideas to start your very own garden.

Participants please bring a clean transparent gallon milk jug and roughly one cup of your own soil from home to determine your soil type.
