Spark Overview Part 2
This training is the second session in a two-part series exploring Oregon’s Spark, the state’s Quality Recognition and Improvement System (QRIS) for early learning and care providers. Participants will gain a clear understanding of Spark’s key procedures and explore in greater depth the benefits, expectations, and responsibilities of participation. The session provides more detailed information about Spark’s framework and highlights the Quality Improvement Cycle as an essential process for continuous quality improvement. Participants will also examine a wide selection of resources for goal setting and achievement. The primary objective is to equip providers with the willingness and confidence to be Spark participants and with knowledge about using the Quality Improvement Cycle as a meaningful and practical framework for ongoing quality improvement.
