This session provides an overview of the CCSO program, including its purpose, structure, and core principles. Participants will learn the requirements and expectations for working with substitutes and review the policies that guide program participation. The session will also explain how to use the FCCO Sub Pool system and include a walkthrough of the CCSO Program Handbook to support effective and compliant use of the program.
