Features of the Use of Comprehensive Approaches to Developing Social, Communication, and Cognitive Skills in Children with ASD in Practical Activities (Особенности использования комплексных подходов к развитию социальных, коммуникативных и когнитивных навыков у детей с РАС в практической деятельности)

During the training, we will explore the practical application of various holistic methods aimed at improving social, communication, and cognitive skills in children with ASD. We will examine approaches such as RDI (Relationship Development Intervention), DIR/Floortime, and the Early Start Denver Model. We will discuss in detail the advantages and potential challenges of using these methods. Each participant will select a set of techniques that they can implement in their practice.

  • All participants must pay with a credit card or with a scholarship code issued by Clackamas CCR&R and must register for zoom classes in advance, the zoom link will be included in the class confirmation email. Classes canceled less than 2 business days in advance of the training date are not eligible for a refund. Hours will only be issued to participants who arrive no later than 15 minutes after the class begins, hours will be automatically uploaded to ORO by Clackamas CCR&R. Certificates will only be emailed to those who request them by contacting efitzsimons@clackesd.org. Participants can only take one live online class at a time.
