Infants and Toddlers ~ Communicating the Positive
“Mine” and “No” are often a young child’s first words to communicate feelings with others. This session will focus on ways to communicate effectively with young children to overcome (or avoid) power struggles that end up in a no win situation. We will explore strong - willed children, whining, biting, angry feelings, and using ‘positive guidance’ effectively to turn negative issues to positives.
