A new service designed to support educators to help keep young children in care (новая услуга, призванная помочь педагогам в обеспечении пребывания маленьких детей в детских дошкольных учреждениях)
Every Child Belongs, launching July 2025, helps Oregon early learning providers create inclusive environments for children 6 weeks to 5 years. It connects providers with local coaches for training, guidance, and support to reduce suspensions and expulsions—especially for children of color and those with disabilities. The program also aids compliance with the July 2026 law banning suspensions and expulsions.
