Surviving in a Wild World: Strategies to Support Well-Being of Educators Nicole Romero

Caring for young children can leave educators feeling drained, overwhelmed, and unseen. This session offers participants practical strategies to recognize signs of burnout, manage stress, and practice meaningful self-care. Participants will explore the role of self-compassion and emotional regulation in navigating difficult moments, along with tools to cope with experiences beyond their control. Most importantly, this training invites educators to reconnect with their sense of purpose and rediscover the joy in this powerful, relationship-driven work. Come refuel, reflect, and reclaim your resilience in a field that needs—and values—you.
