This Training helps family child care providers strengthen both safety and professionalism by balancing tasks and active supervision. Participants will analyze how paperwork, payments, and parent communication affect supervision, practice, and apply the six supervision strategies, using case scenarios to problem solve. Each participant will leave with a personalized action plan to reduce risks.
