Our modern world is made up of all kinds of wonderful and diverse children and families. It is very important for us as childhood care and education professionals to respect, honor and value children and families who may have ideas and values that are different from our own. In this workshop, we will examine our beliefs about diversity and explore strategies for embracing diversity in childhood care and education environments.
